ABINGTON, Pa. - The Gallaudet University men's basketball dropped a 79-66 United East Conference game here Tuesday night at Penn St.-Abington.
The game featured seven lead changes and four ties as Gallaudet (1-14, 0-6 United East) hung around with Penn St.-Abington (11-5, 5-2 United East) for the bulk of the game.
The Nittany Lions pulled away down the stretch to secure their 11th win of the season.Â
Gallaudet had four different players in double digits. Junior guard Rory Lewis (Frederick, Md.) led the way with 16 points as he made five 3-pointers. Sophomore guard Jake Schwall (Fishers, Ind.) scored 14 points and five rebounds while senior guard Preston Kelly (Indianapolis, Ind.) chipped in 13 points, six assists and five rebounds. Sophomore forward Brandon Chung (Kahului, Hawaii) was the fourth Bison in double figures with 10 points and five rebounds.Â
Penn St.-Abington matched GU with four players in double digits. The Nittany Lions were led by Alex Salata's 17-point game. The host led 38-31 at the half.

GU will head back to Pennsylvania this weekend for two more conference games. The Bison begin the trip on Friday, Jan. 20, at Penn College (6-8, 1-4Â United East) in Williamsport, Pa., for a 7Â p.m. tip.
