Allegheny scored twice in the fourth and broke the game open with a four-run fifth inning. First baseman Ben Murray had a three-run triple to right field in the fifth.

GU starting pitcher Ian Evans (Murphy, N.C.) suffered his first loss of the season as he allowed seven runs in 4.1 innings.
